Shipping Policy
At Allcee Care, we know you're excited to receive your order, and we're committed to getting it to you as quickly and carefully as possible.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during product launches, promotions, holidays, or periods of unusually high order volume.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and shipping destination.
Estimated delivery times are provided by the shipping carrier and are estimates only. Delivery times may vary due to weather, carrier delays, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Domestic Shipping
At this time, Allcee Care ships within the United States.
If international shipping becomes available in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order.
Allcee Care is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, please contact us immediately at allcee@allceecare.com. While we'll do our best to assist, we cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has been processed or shipped.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery rests with the carrier.
If your package appears to be lost, significantly delayed, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend:

While we cannot guarantee replacement or reimbursement for packages lost or stolen after delivery, we'll do our best to help you resolve the issue.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

Photos of the damaged product(s)

Photos of the shipping box and packaging
We'll gladly work with you to provide a replacement or another appropriate solution.
