Returns

Because our products are ingestible supplements, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened products for safety and quality assurance reasons.

Unopened products in their original, sealed packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact us at allcee@allceecare.com with your order number and the reason for your return.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or the product arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number along with photos of the product and packaging so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

We'll gladly replace the product or issue a refund when appropriate.

First Purchase Happiness Guarantee

We believe deeply in the quality of our products and understand that every body is unique.

If you're trying Allcee Care for the first time and aren't completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We'd love the opportunity to learn about your experience and make it right.

Depending on the circumstances, we may offer personalized product guidance, a replacement product, store credit, or a refund.

This guarantee is available once per customer and applies only to a customer's first purchase made directly through the Allcee Care website.

Refunds

Once an eligible refund has been approved, it will be issued to your original method of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund after it has been issued.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error or a damaged or defective product.
